Shipping
We usually ship our orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Mon-Fri.
Our typical delivery time frame is between 2-5 business days.
If has been more than 7 business days from your shipping confirmation email and your tracking indicates that it has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us and we will assist you in locating it or we will send you a replacement.
Billing
Yes. Our payment system is setup to charge your account right away. However, there may be a couple hour delay at times.
You will see a charge from: SHABLED ONLINE
If you credit or debit card is declined, but you have funds, please contact your bank to make sure there is no hold. If all else fails, please contact us and we will arrange an alternate form of payment.
Returns & Refunds
We do accept returns if you are not happy with the product, but you must pay for the return shipping. If all components are intact and the light is in brand-new condition, we will issue a refund.
If your SHABLED arrived defective or broken, please take a picture and contact us right away. We will email you a return label and send you a replacement right away. Or we will refund you the full amount.
Usually refunds are fully processed within 1-3 business days and you should see it on your statement.
